| The CBD Courts Project will provide world-class facilities to court users in Western Australia. Featuring the development of a $195 million District Court building which will also house Supreme Court criminal jury trials, the project will combine the best of public and private sector expertise to create a new standard of innovation and excellence in court development in Australia.
Western Liberty Group and the State of Western Australia have collaborated through a Public Private Partnership to deliver on this vision. The result will be a new, purpose-built courts precinct designed to create a safe and welcoming environment for all court users.
